Refund Period You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a refund. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund.
Eligibility for Refunds To be eligible for a refund, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in the original packaging. Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required for all refund requests.
How to Request a Refund To initiate a refund, please contact us at Auracarewellness@gmail.com with your order number and a brief description of the issue. We will guide you through the return process.
Return Shipping You will be responsible for paying the return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Refund Process Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days.
